Blizzard has brought back older content in World of Warcraft in a new, and interesting way.
Recently, with the addition of Patch 6.2 for World of Warcraft, Blizzard added a new feature called Time Walking dungeons, which allows players to play through higher tuned content from previous expansions. Personally, this was a fantastic move! It’s a great way to get gear that is scaled up to your level, as well as take a trip down memory lane. I played very little during the Burning Crusade expansion, so it’s a great way of playing through old dungeons with a difficulty level versus running through without a challenge. Also, once you go through 5 in a weekend you get a cache of goodies that is well worth the time, even if you don’t want to waltz through the Mana-Tombs with rose colored glasses. You can start going through these dungeons at level 71 and continue through at max level. This seems to be an ongoing progression that will continue on the weekends, and it keeps me very excited to see what they release next weekend and every weekend beyond.
