Upcoming PS4 update will support Remote Play to PCs and Macs
On the official PlayStation blog, Sony has detailed some of the latest features for the upcoming 3.50 update for PlayStation 4, and one features is drawing a lot of attention.
In the blog post, one of the features coming to PlayStation 4 will be the ability to Remote Play from your system to a PC or Mac, which is very similar to how Xbox Ones can steam games also. The post states that the update will be made available to players who are signed up to test the beta software for PlayStation 4, but that this particular feature will not be available to test. Other features that are listed to be coming in the 3.50 update include Friend Online Notification, being able to appear offline to other players, the ability to steam to Dailymotion, and more.
