New Starters are revealed for Pokemon Sun and Moon

As Nintendo and the Pokemon Company promised last week, a few more tidbits of information has been revealed about the upcoming games in the Pokemon franchise, Pokemon Sun and Moon.  A new video was released on Youtube showcasing a fair amount more details than we expected.

The video showcases the three news starter Pokemon that trainers will get to choose from at the start of their adventure: Rowlet, a Grass/Flying type, Litten, a Fire type, and Popplio, a Water type. The video also shows off the tropical landscape of Aloha, the region that the game will take place in. The region clearly shows off ties to Hawaii, with beaches, palm trees, and plenty of statues and artistry pointing to that general theme from those Hawaiian islands. Some other goodies we get to see include the fact that your character will be a full character model, and not the chibi-like models that were used in Pokemon X/Y, and we also get a few glimpses at what look to be the two Legendary Pokemon that players' will be looking to grab on each respective version of the game. The trailer ends with the artwork for the game case, and a release date of November 18th, 2016. I don't know about you, but I already have my calendar circled.
