Remedy announces pre-order details for Quantum Break

Remedy has released a some new details about Quantum Break which might help undecided players jump on board the star-studded time-bending action game.

Along with a new trailer (seen above), Remedy reveled that players who purchase Quantum Break for Xbox One will receive a full game download of Alan Wake for Xbox 360, plus add-on packs, The Signal and The Writer, all playable through backwards compatibility.

Remedy also announced that Quantum Break will come to Windows 10, launching on the same date as the Xbox One version, April 5th, 2016. To sweeten the deal, players who pre-order Quantum Break on Xbox One through the Xbox Store or at participating retailers will receive the PC version of the game absolutely free, as well as an Xbox One backwards compatible version of Alan Wake's American Nightmare.


Here is a list of bonuses for players who pre-order Quantum Break for Xbox One:

  • A full-game download for Alan Wake on Xbox 360, plus its two add-on packs, The Signal and The Writer, playable on Xbox One via Backward Compatibility
  • A download code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break
  • A digital copy of Alan Wake’s American Nightmare playable through Xbox One backwards compatibility (available at select retailers)
  • A Quantum Break SteelBook cover (available as a GameStop exclusive pre-order bonus)

Microsoft also announced a new Xbox One Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle, set to release on March 29, 2016, and it includes the following:

  • A 500 GB Cirrus White Xbox One console
  • A Cirrus White Xbox One wireless controller
  • Full-game download of Quantum Break for both Xbox One and Windows 10
  • Full-game download of Alan Wake which includes The Signal and The Writer add-on packs

These extras are pretty tempting for players, and will surely help gamers decide whether they intend to pre-order Remedy's latest game.
