Heavy Rain (PS4) - March 1

How Far Will You Go To Save Someone You Love?

HEAVY RAIN is an evolving psychological thriller filled with innumerable twists and turns, where choices and actions can result in dramatic consequences on the story. Spanning four days of mystery and suspense, the hunt is on for a murderer known only as the Origami Killer - named after his macabre calling card of leaving folded paper shapes in the hands of his victims. Four playable characters, each following their own leads and with their own motives, must take part in a desperate attempt to prevent the killer from claiming a new life.

HEAVY RAIN was released worldwide in February 2010. It is being hailed by the overwhelming majority of critics worldwide for being a unqiue emotional experience, one that is both growndbreaking and genre defining. Against all predictions because of its uniqueness, the game has also enjoyed commercial success, becoming the 9th best selling title on Playstation 3 in 2010.

HEAVY RAIN has won a great number of awards, in particular 3 British Academy of Film and Television Awards (BAFTA), 3 DICE awards as well as 2 MILTHON awards. The game has sold today in excess of 3,5 million units, the biggest commercial success of our studio to date.

Ironcast (Xbox One, PS4) - March 1

Inspired by Victorian era science fiction writers such as H.G. Wells and Jules Verne, Ironcast is set in an exciting alternative history; a time when refined men and women in top hats and bonnets commanded gigantic walking war machines, laying waste to the enemies of the British Empire!

Players take control of a 7 metre tall walking vehicle called an Ironcast. They must face off against an invading force of enemy Ironcast in order to defend 1880’s Victorian England.

Battles are fought by generating resource nodes which in turn drive the Ironcast’s various weapons and systems. Players must choose how to spend these nodes wisely, either offensively in order to cripple and destroy their opponents, or defensively, if they suspect a barrage of incoming weapons fire is due.

McDroid (Xbox One, PS4) - March 1

The first release from Franco-Californian studio Elefantopia, McDROID is a mad fusion of Arcade and Strategy, with a heart.

Defend your shuttle against a variety of crazed alien species as they mutate, corrupt the ground or even turn your crops against you. Load up on weapons, bring your friends (drop-in/drop-out co-op) and take the battle to them. If it gets too crazy, turtle up behind your defensive perimeter and assume direct control of the turrets. It will challenge your trigger finger and your wits as you multitask running, shooting, building your base, harvesting, repairing, protecting, upgrading and researching all at the same time.

Return to Popolocrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale (3DS) - March 1

PopoloCrois (PN): From the Italian word "popolo" (people) and the French word "croisé" (crossing), but pronounced phonetically (PO-po-lo-croyce).

Refers to a fantastical kingdom of magic and knights, watched over by humans, dragons and fairies alike, where even a mad scientist who's built giant robots and tried to take over the world by force can be forgiven and counted among one's most valuable friends in the end. Presently presided over by a human king named Paulo, with his half-dragon son, Pietro, next in line for the throne.

Prince Pietro has repeatedly saved the kingdom from disaster already with the help of his friends, and is regarded by his people as a symbol of pride for all the land. So naturally, when his 13th birthday comes around, the entire town is overjoyed, gathering at the castle for the biggest party anyone's seen in years.

Not all the attendees are local, however: a certain Lady Marmela has come a long way to join the festivities, serving as ambassador to a distant country called Galariland and bearing more than just birthday wishes. PopoloCrois has recently been plagued by creatures known as "black beasts," capable of poisoning the soil so thoroughly that nothing can ever grow within it again. Concerned for the future of the kingdom, His Majesty sent for Lady Marmela as a consultant, her own country recently having been afflicted by the same dastardly monsters.

Screencheat (Xbox One, PS4) - March 1

Screencheat is a split-screen multiplayer FPS where everyone is invisible and you have to cheat to win. Remember when looking at your friends’ screen in Goldeneye was frowned upon? Well those days are gone and in Screencheat, we encourage it! Screencheat is a chaotic split-screen multiplayer shooter that forces players to rethink the way they approach conventional multiplayer games. In the Screencheat arena, fast reaction times aren’t enough to keep you alive. When everyone is invisible, players will have to master the art of taking a not-so sneaky look at their opponent’s screens and working out where they are based on uniquely coloured areas of the map and distinctive landmarks. Screencheat pays homage to iconic competitive first-person shooters such as Goldeneye, Perfect Dark and Halo, by blending the elements everyone loves about those games and shaking it up with its own unique take on the genre. When everyone’s used to playing by the rules, can you adapt to unconventional gaming quick enough to get the upper hand?

Trulon: The Shadow Engine (PC) - March 1

Ancient texts tell of a vast and powerful country known as Trulon — a peaceful and prosperous nation surrounded by ocean and mountains. History reports that the tinkers of Trulon built wonderful and terrible machines that make the Animae and gadgets of today seem primitive. Legend says that such magic and technology provided bounty and comfort of which we can only imagine.

Legend tells of huge zeppelins, ten times larger and more luxurious than what exists today, carrying hundreds of travelers from the glittering cities of the northern valley to white sand beach resorts in the warm south. These behemoths flew over the fertile lands of what is now Maelon, looking over green fields and verdant forests. Where before there was order, peace, and beauty, now lies the blight of a never-ending city stretched beyond its ability to support life. Or so the old manuscripts say.

Of the high plateau that is now known as the Kingdom of Tripudia, all that is recorded are from fragments and snippets of reports about a lush and untamed wilderness, of deep forests full of wolves, deers and rabbits. Nowadays much of the forest remains, but the wildness is largely contained and farmland and castles parcel up the highlands. The settlers who came there hundreds of years ago were mountain men and pioneers, solitary and grizzled. Now, the inhabitants of Tripudia are farmers and artisans, simple tradesmen and honest nobles - for the most part. High, nearly impassable mountains serve to isolate the Tripudians from the growing cancer that has taken over their neighbors in Maelon.

But the Maelonians are growing more and more desperate. Their land is withering, dying, losing its fertility. Therefore they are grasping for something, anything that might give them a few more years. The Northern Valley was long ago devastated by Kestral’s Folly and is a wasteland now. Not much grows there, and so the Devastated Valley as it is now called, is home to only the violent nomads known as Jaypsalans. Thus the Maelonians cannot look north for help to their malignant problems.
